In 2025, Studio Glass had the honor of being an official partner and marketing supporter of the "Miss Lviv" competition, held at the Lviv National Opera and Ballet Theater. This event was not just a celebration of beauty and aesthetics—it also carried an incredibly important charitable mission: raising funds for the reconstruction of the Children's Vision Center at Lviv Okhmatdyt Hospital.

As a partner, our goal was to create a striking visual accent that would emphasize the grandeur and significance of the event, while remaining respectful of the Opera Theater's architectural heritage and stylistic atmosphere.

An Atmosphere Worthy of a Queen

The event gathered Lviv’s most refined audience along with prominent guests from across Ukraine.
Special guests of the evening included Jamala and the band KADNAY, who delighted the audience with live performances and unforgettable energy.
The evening was hosted by actor Taras Tsymbaliuk and TV presenter Halyna Zaviyska, adding sophistication, lightness, and dynamism to the event.

Mirror Installations: Balancing Scale and Sophistication

The main challenge of the project was to combine monumental structures with visual lightness, without clashing with the venue's architectural legacy.
We developed a concept of mirror walls that served as both the stylistic centerpiece of the event and the primary zone for guest interaction.

To bring the stands to life, we used frameless aluminum profiles from the IRON MIRROR line, providing an optimal balance of structural reliability and lightweight appearance. Each mirror wall consisted of five modular displays, featuring partner logos illuminated in bright white light (7000–7500 K).

Special attention was paid to geometric precision: the mirror walls had to stand perfectly perpendicular to the floor, without being mounted to the foyer’s surfaces. We designed custom freestanding supports with dimensions optimized both aesthetically and structurally.
Given that the mirror wall also functioned as a photo zone attracting large crowds, all components were thoroughly tested for stability and safety.

A particular technical challenge was the uneven surface of the foyer’s over-a-century-old granite flooring. To ensure seamless alignment, each mirror module was equipped with an individual tilt adjustment system—this solution provided both visual unity and structural integrity without damaging the floor surface.

Crown Pedestals: Lighting That Highlights Value

Another standout feature of the event was the mirrored pedestals for the winners’ crowns.
We created three cubic structures of varying heights to represent the titles of Miss, First Runner-Up, and Second Runner-Up.

The task was to showcase the beauty and uniqueness of the crowns elegantly. We chose to embed solid LED lighting into the top surface of each pedestal, creating a “crown in a beam of light” effect that brought out the fine decorative details of the tiaras.

Design That Doesn’t Forgive Mistakes

All constructions were designed and installed with the highest standards of precision and safety in mind. Mirror is a complex and demanding material that leaves no room for error.
We understood that with an event as significant as Miss Lviv, there was no space for second chances. That’s why every step—from sketches to final installation—was carefully planned and technically refined.

For Studio Glass, participation in "Miss Lviv 2025" was not only an opportunity to showcase our high-quality mirror solutions but also to prove ourselves as a team capable of adapting to challenging conditions in pursuit of refined results.

We are proud to have been part of an event where beauty meets charity, and form meets function. This was one of those rare moments where every reflection served a good cause.
