Leather Belt
For the production of belts for mirrors in wooden frames, we use natural Crazy Horse leather. Its unique feature is the vintage effect that the product acquires after some time of use.
Crazy Horse is a high-quality leather from cattle hide, known for its enhanced durability, and obtained through a distinctive finishing process called "Crazy Horse." This involves applying heavy waxes to the surface of the sanded leather hide.
The color of the top coating is darker than the base leather, which causes the leather to change tone in areas of bending, folding, or stretching. This characteristic gives the product a charming "aged" look.
When first using a Crazy Horse leather product, caution is required, as the absence of a lacquer coating may cause the belt to transfer color onto light-colored clothes or surfaces.
Scratches on the product can easily be removed if desired by rubbing the affected area with something soft (such as a finger, cloth, or eraser).
Attention! Do not wet or rub the soiled areas intensely. Also, avoid alcohol-based solutions and high temperatures when drying.
