For the production of mirrors in the wooden frame StudioGlass ™ roundwood of the highest quality without natural and mechanical damage is used. For this purpose, an array of valuable wood species is selected, which is gradually and by special technology dried and processed. In this way we preserve the natural color of the wood, and prevent the deformation of the frame.
The whole process of drying wood takes at least 50 days, because 1 mm must be allocated 50 hours.
StudioGlass ™ does not use chemicals during processing and in the final stages of creation. Each wooden frame for a mirror is impregnated with oil and wax compositions of the German manufacturer osmo.ukraine. This treatment eliminates the possibility of pest damage and preserves the natural appearance and color of the tree.
Thanks to the patented gluing, or stitching of sections, mirrors in a wooden frame keep the form and are not deformed at influence of moisture, temperatures or as a result of time.

Leather belt made of Crazy Horse leather
The mirror on the leather belt StudioGlass ™ has a unique design, and only high-quality natural materials are used to create it. The Crazy Horse leather belt has a vintage look. This effect is obtained by applying to high-quality skin high-strength waxes. As the covering mix has darker color than skin, at operation of a belt attritions appear.

In the manufacture of mirrors in wooden frames, only the highest quality canvas of European production Mirox MNGE is used. Copper, lead or other harmful volatile substances are not used in its creation. Due to this, mirrors do not affect the human body and do not pollute the environment. StudioGlass™ uses professional-grade LED tape from SAMSUNG for backlit mirrors. It has the best luminous flux and resource in 5 years of continuous operation.
The power of such a tape is 13.5 W / m, and the luminous flux is 1950 Lm.

Reinforced glass

The special film allows to fix a cloth thanks to what at beating fragments will not scatter. In this way, StudioGlass™ mirrors не will not cause injuries even if damaged.
